RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OUR 90-DAY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unopened, unused product within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions outlined below.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must all be met:

  • The product must be unopened and unused, in its original, factory-sealed packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging intact

We do not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances. Due to the nature of topical health and hair care products, all sales of opened items are final. No exceptions will be made.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin the return process, contact us at info@2dDrHair.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the product showing it is unopened and in original condition

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with our return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Do not send products back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed or refunded.


REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse. Once we confirm receipt and verify the item meets all return eligibility requirements (unopened, unused, original packaging), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of warehouse receipt. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
  • Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only
  • No refund will be issued for items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior approval

If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us at info@2dDrHair.com.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, your order will enter our fulfillment cycle and cannot be stopped or modified. If you miss the cancellation window, you may initiate a return once the package arrives, subject to the conditions above.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

For customers enrolled in our auto-refill subscription program, we will send a pre-shipment notification email several days before your next order is processed and shipped. This email gives you the opportunity to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before the charge is made.

To cancel your subscription before the next shipment, you must contact us at info@2dDrHair.com or manage your subscription through your account at www.2ddrhair.com before the notification deadline specified in the pre-shipment email. Once a subscription order has been charged and entered fulfillment, it is subject to the same return conditions as a standard order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us at info@2dDrHair.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Any products purchased during promotional sales, bundle offers, or with discount codes may be considered final sale and ineligible for return. This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase where applicable.
